Minutes include the administration of Day and Evening Classes and scholarships for these classes, fees, 'Extension Lectures' and recommendations and applications for associateships. Also included are references to the Library Committee, and a request for a Librarian, the administration of departments, granting of certificates and the creation of rules and regulations.
Minutes also include the organisation of the curriculum including a table of courses to be run for the session 1886-87, 25 June 1886, in addition to the administration of courses such as lectures for Assistant Teachers.
