Minutes of the Annual General Meetings of the Governors include statistics on students numbers, including specific statistics on female and male students, as well as reports on the college's faculties and courses. Also includes statements of income and expenditure for each year.
University College Bristol's Council minutes cover organisation of 'conversaziones', facilities alterations, wage increases, appointment of representatives on other boards and library administration. Volume also includes lists of teaching staff with their positions and subject, reports from the Local Executive Committee, and matters relating to the establishment of a University in Bristol. Minutes also include a report relating to the co-ordination of engineering courses with the Merchant Venturer's College and the Clifton Laboratory, 14 October 1904, in addition to letters detailing endowments including £1500 received from Mrs Whittuck for the creation of an Economics Professorship.
