DescriptionC. E. Greenall owned properties in the Clifton area of Bristol which were used to house University College, Bristol and University of Bristol students. Gradually the University purchased these properties and their contents, turning them into halls of residence. These papers relate to discussions between the University (represented by a Mr Lambert) and C. E. Greenall over ownership and condition of the properties.
