Minutes cover preparation for the provision of lectures for this period including decisions on courses provided, locations, costs, advertisements, examinations, as well as feedback reports on the success of lectures. Also included is a list of names and addresses of those associated with the lectures and names of committee members. Minutes also cover two meetings of the Art Lecture Committee, 12 May & 9 October 1911. Includes additional items: - Newspaper clipping advertising University College Bristol's extension lectures on history of gothic architecture, c.1906. - Newspaper clippings from Times and Mirror as well as the Bristol Daily Mercury and others, advertising extension lectures, c.1905.
