Title	Bristol University College Club: Chairman's Minute Book
Description	Volume contains notes by the Chairman of Bristol University College Club on meetings of the sub-committee and general committee. Includes agenda and preparatory notes before meetings and rough, short hand notes of minutes presumably taken during the meeting. These notes were then written up in the 'Sub-Committee Minutes' volume [DM506/23] as well as the 'Committee Minutes' volume [DM506/22]. Minutes cover finances and accounts of the club, arrangements for 'conversaziones' as well as arrangements for the annual dinners organised by the club, including 'toast lists', invitiation of special guests and accounts for running of annual dinners. Includes list of people that the Chairman was instructed to invite to the Annual Dinners for this period.
