36 A5 sized red hard backed notebooks containing records of materials received in the archive. There are different volumes for different types of materials (ephemeral/badges; women's periodicals; publishers catalogues; programmes and prospectuses; books; drawings and paintings; orginal manuscripts/personal correspondence; clothing; audio and audio visual; leaflets/pamphlets
Cover period from 1979-1990. Is a record of what comes into the archive and is given a running accession number

Box 2:
Day Books (various formats, give a daily account of phone calls/visitors to centre (includes personal information, and closure should be considered), 28 February-26 June 1980; January 1981-May 1983; June 1986-July 1988; July 1988-February 1991; March 1991-July 1993; 1993-1996; January 1996-December 2001
Plastic folder: Day book 28 February-26 June 1980, daily account of phone calls/visitors to centre (includes personal information, and closure should be considered)

Volume: Donations request, includes names and addresses of people requesting publications and details of organisations providing the material, 1989-2004

Visitors Book, (barely used, events and general visitors to archive), 1979-1991

Phonecalls December 1988-November 2001 (log of calls and messages taken, mainly in handwriting of Jane Hargreaves).

Trustees of the Feminist Archive: 2 volumes of minutes of meetings, 1981-1993 and 1986-1994
