Box 1: 36 A5 sized red hard backed notebooks containing records of materials received in the archive. There are different volumes for different types of materials (ephemeral/badges; women's periodicals; publishers catalogues; programmes and prospectuses; books; drawings and paintings; orginal manuscripts/personal correspondence; clothing; audio and audio visual; leaflets/pamphlets Cover period from 1979-1990. Is a record of what comes into the archive and is given a running accession number
