An additional note records 'Maria went on to be an ILEA Equal Opportunities Advisory Teacher for Self Defence for Girls in Schools a few years later. Both Maria and Ceri taught in further education'.

The event was the first ever Polish forum held in London according to Maria Justrzebska, who was involved in organising the event, and who is shown on the photographs.
