Description	The specification is accompanied by an estimate for the cost of the labour for the work including the assumptions made during the drawing up of the estimate and explains the elements that have not been included in the specification of work and the estimate for the cost of the work. The specification is also accompanied by a note from John Hepworth, one of the Foremen at John Scott Russell's shipyard explaining that the estimate includes an assumption as to the painting but that Hepworth believes that the work may actually be done for less. This may be a finalised version of the estimate on Folio 31.
