Description | The letter sends Brunel a copy of Christie's specification of joiner bunk fittings for the Great Eastern for Brunel's inspection and approval. Christie also asks Brunel to let him know if the specification is to be lithographed for the contractors to work from. On the other side of the page is Brunel's reply and the instruction to reply to the letter by telegraph. The letter asks what appointments Brunel has and what business might require Brunel to be home (in Duke Street?) the next day. The letter requests William Jacomb telegraph him and then write with further details. |
