Title	Letter from J. H. Yates, secretary of the Great Ship Company, to Isambard Kingdom Brunel
Description	Written from 79 Lombard Street, London. The letter asks Brunel for his opinion on several questions relating to the coaling of the Great Eastern. Yates asks several questions relating to the date when the coal will be required, the quantity that should be delivered before the ship leaves the river Thames, the names of the collieries that Brunel would suggest as suppliers and a description of the type of coal that would be required.
