| Title | Letter from Isambard Kingdom Brunel to J. H. Yates |
| Description | The letter regrets that Yates forwarded Brunel's 'Memorandum of Matters requiring to be Attended to' on to the arbitrators since Brunel drew the list up in response Yates' request for a list of everything that it would be desirable to have done before the ship went to sea and which Brunel would not necessarily have put before the arbitrators. Brunel has therefore sent the Arbitrators a separate memorandum with some observations on the principal points that Brunel had intended to raise with the arbitrators. |
