DescriptionThe memorandum lists all the tasks that that still need to be done on the Great Eastern, split into three sections; one a set of general work, one dealing with the ironwork of the ship and the third relating to the masts. The list has been annotated in the margin with red ink detailing what is to be done with each task. The entries are annotated as refer, defer, doing, going on, quantity, or do work properly.
