DescriptionWritten from 18 London Street, City of London. The letter discusses the results of a conversation between Henry Wollaston Blake, Mr Jackson and Mr Campbell discussing the possibility of paying Watt & Co for their work in shares rather than cash and formally accepts the offer. The letter also discusses the super-heating apparatus that is to be applied to the boilers. A postscript promises that the London office are corresponding with their Birmingham foundry for a list of duplicate parts that should be carried on the Great Eastern.
