Title	Memorandum to Messers Watt & Co
Description	The memorandum sets out the terms and conditions that would govern Watt & Co adding to each set of boilers for the screw engines an apparatus for super-heating steam. The memorandum explains the the apparatus that will be used and how it is intended to be used, other supplies that will be provided to go along with the apparatus including a method of cleaning it and supplies for cleaning. The letter sets out the size of the apparatus and the time-scale and the price to be paid to Watt & Co and the terms and conditions incorporates an instruction that the installation of the apparatus will also provide for a trial of the apparatus and provides for what will happen if the apparatus is not completed in time.
