Title	Letter from George H. Horsfall, of the Mersey Steel & Iron Co, to Isambard Kingdom Brunel
Description	Written from Sefton Street, Liverpool. The letter acknowledges receipt of Brunel's letter and drawing of a crank shaft and confirms their willingness to undertake the commission. The letter also promises to write to Brunel later with details of the price, expected delivery date and terms but explains that they would not be able to begin work on the project until at least August and sets out the initial price sharing agreement if the finished piece is not satisfactory.
