The letter discusses the size of the presses and describes the presses and those at Oram's factory and his hopes for the discussions about the presses. The letter also comments on the prevalence of power pumps and passes on the advice from various engineers that Leslie has met that the presses will work best when connected together and comments on the different way the machine brokers on Manchester work from those in London. |
