DescriptionWritten from Thames Conservancy Offices 41 Trinity Square, Tower Hill, East Central London. The letter sends Brunel a bill for the stores and wages paid to the watermen who have been assisting with the launching of the Leviathan steam ship and asks Brunel to reimburse the tonnage duty fund and promises that a supplementary account will be sent once the launch is completed.
