Title	Letter from Henry Phillips to Isambard Kingdom Brunel
Description	Written from 43 Westbourne Park Road, Paddington, London. The letter offers Phillips' opinions as to how to solve the problems launching Brunel's Leviathan ship. Phillips' suggestion is to drive wooden piles into the foreshore and part of the river and line them with an impermeable material before pumping sufficient water into the enclosure thus formed to dislodge the ship and allow her to resume her descent.
