Description	Written from 13 Gresham Street, London. The letter includes a resolution passed at a meeting of the Court of Directors of the Eastern Steam Navigation Company. The resolution orders that a meeting of the principal shareholders of the Eastern Steam Navigation Company be called, that the secretary prepare a statement of the financial position of the company to be laid before the shareholders at the and that Brunel prepare an estimate of the further probable cost of the launch and an approximate estimate of the further costs needed to prepare the Eastern Steam Navigation Company's ship for a trial trip.
