Description	Written from 13 Gresham Street, London. The letter confirms that, in order to reduce the expense to the company and because so many of the workmen are under-employed, the company intends to discharge all the workmen who are not actively engaged with preparing for the launch or who are actively helping with the security of the ship and will stop all overtime work that is not absolutely necessary.
