TitleLetter from Isambard Kingdom Brunel to Captain Harrison
DescriptionWritten from 18 Duke Street, Westminster, London. The letter expresses Brunel's concern over the trying of the barges which has been delayed by accidental circumstances. Brunel is afraid to wait for the new river stern mooring which may not be ready in time and which would delay that trial of the barges still further. Brunel asks Harrison to try out the barges that night and remarks that they need the delivery of stoppers from Brown Lenox.
