Title	Letter from C. H. James, Principal Harbour Master, to Isambard Kingdom Brunel
Description	Written from the Principal Harbour Masters Office, St Katherine's Dock. The letter acknowledges receipt of Brunel's note regarding some anchors and chains that he wishes to borrow and explains that as soon as a written request, guaranteeing the return of any loaned items and guaranteeing that there will be no expense attached to the loan, is received then the request will be sent on to the Commissioners to discuss.
