TitleLetter from John Scott Russell to Isambard Kingdom Brunel
DescriptionWritten from 37 Great George Street, Westminster, London. The letter promises that Russell will order that copies of the plans for the parts of the ship and engines that have been decided on will be drawn up for Brunel immediately and also that he will have the drawings arranged for Brunel to inspect. Russell wonders if Brunel, when he visits, can let Russell have a list of the drawings that he has and those that he still needs and promises to give Brunel a copy of the estimated weights of the ship.
