Title	Letter from Isambard Kingdom Brunel to I. D. Samuda
Description	Written from 18 Duke Street, Westminster, London. The letter wonders if Samuda is acquainted with the engineer of the Steam Navigation Company and can get Brunel any information about the depth of immersion of a paddle wheel with fixed boards for a large sea-going steamer. Brunel sets out the specific questions that he wants answered which are similar to the questions he asked of Mr Humphreys of Humphries Tennant & Dyke (Folios 333-334).
