Title	Letter from William Rodgers to Isambard Kingdom Brunel
Description	Written from 9 Shawfield Street, Kings Road, Chelsea, London. The letter expresses Rodgers' hope that he will soon be able to give Brunel a complete working drawing of Rodgers' patent double concave small-palmed anchor but that in the meantime he is sending Brunel a large model. Rodgers describes some of the particular features of his design and gives some of the weights of the completed anchor at different scales. Rodgers also sends Brunel a model of Rodgers' patent kedge and remarks on some of its difficulties as well as its suitability for use on a steamer or kedge.
