Description	Written from London. The letter requests Brunel provide a certificate for the payment for the engines that Watt & Co are making for the Eastern Steam Company. The letter reports that Watt & Co have ben making steady progress on the screw engines and boilers but that they have made a large expenditure on the engines. The letter mentions that since they have expended far more that was set out as their total payment, they hope to be awarded an additional sum to cover their greater costs.
