| Description | Written from 18 Duke Street, Westminster, London. The letter requests a copy of the plan and other drawings that were the basis of a model then being exhibited in Paris; particularly the parts of the drawing dealing with the upper deck and the part above the 26 foot water line so that Brunel may identify and make alterations. The letter also requests Jacomb put in hand a scale model of the rigging for the ship and also requests the plans for the three decks. |
