DescriptionWritten from 18 Duke Street, Westminster, London. The letter requests Claxton get William Jacomb to assist with the arrangement of the decks and promises that Jacomb will ensure that all the drawings that Claxton wants will be organised. The letter reminds Claxton for the need to incorporate a sail room and suggests some possible layouts of rooms including the offices and passenger kitchen. There is a sketch on Folio 257 demonstrating Brunel's proposed arrangements.
