Title	Letter from William Rowett to Isambard Kingdom Brunel
Description	Written from Liverpool. The letter reminds Brunel of Rowett's new method of handling and reefing sails and invites Brunel to send someone to inspect the working model that Rowett has had built which he hopes will demonstrate the saving in labour and rope and wear on canvas. Rowett also mentions that he is fitting out some ships in Liverpool with his new system.
