DescriptionThe memorandum lists various matters that need to be attended to with regard to the Eastern Steam Ship including the experiments with steam boilers, the need to apply a brake to the fly wheel of the factory engine and the alterations to be made to some indicators, possibly in relation to the experiments on steam, and directions that need to be given to alter the shape of the rivets. The memorandum also asks after Mr Crace's progress with regard to the cabin arrangements.
